我們說最常見的有以復下幾種：
制1.問對方是誰：bai
中文裡我們習慣說「你

2.介紹自己的時候：
說」我是xx「的時候不能說「i am ***"而要說「this is xx speaking」
3.找人的時候：
不能說" i want to talk to xx"，首先要問「is this xx speaking?" 要跟別人確認對方是不是你要找的人。
4.讓對方等一等不要說「wait a minute"
在**上呢，我們讓對方等待一下是說「hold on please"或者說「don't hang up"（別結束通話哦）

用法：有人打**說要找某人，不是要找的人需要轉接，這種情況一般出現在外企公司比較多，尤其是前臺。
例句：hang on (a second).
